Outdoor Activities

I always wanted swing sets in my backyard. Unfortunately, I don’t have the space for it. Luckily, the park is so close by that my kids can enjoy a day at the park anytime. When I was a little girl I used to hang and stand on the tire swings moving back and forth I know I had fun on that swing.

If you have kids, have the space in your backyard, and the state park is not close at all you may want to consider creating a little playground in your backyard. What child doesn’t like swings? You may want to add a swingset and other playground equipment for your backyard.

FlowerHouse Greenhouses

First, I applaud you just for having an herb or vegetable garden. Growing your own garden is an inexpensive way to save money and you don’t have to go to your local produce store to buy your veggies and herbs. I am trying to get mines together, but my main concern is the raccoons, possums, and birds. For some reason we have a lot of birds this year and a couple of possums and the raccoons will be probably be around in the middle of summer.

I was looking into FlowerHouse greenhouses and found a variety of styles from conservatory, farm house, dome, dream house, spring, bloom house, hot house, and seed starters greenhouses. The greenhouses has various sizes, features and are inexpensive, too. Most of them you can install yourself.

Hot Greenhouses

hothouse

Are you limited in space? If so, here is The Hot House Greenhouse which is attached to an existing door from a house, shed, or garage it’ll fit any standard size door. Its features are reinforced woven polyethylene material, UV resistant, 100% waterproof, made of Gro-Tec.

Conservatory Greenhouses

conservatory

The conservatory greenhouses is big enough to grow fruit trees and hanging plants. It has a traditional and Victorian appeal which is very beautiful. It also has a one zipper screen door along with window screens to allow humidity and air circulation.

Dream Greenhouses

dreamhouse

The Dream house is huge it has two zippered doors, eight zippered screen vent windows, and four portholes for hoses or power cords. It’s very spacious you can add plant benches, shelving units and trellises. This is great for seed starters.

Most of the cold frame greenhouses has indestructible polycarbonate panels and rustproof aluminum frames. This will hold heat and moisture while blocking the wind and cold from the FlowerHouse portable greenhouse. The starter house greenhouse is great for multiple seedlings or for planting a large amount of indoor starter plants to the garden.

If you already have a FlowerHouse greenhouse you may need some accessories like the cooling, watering, heating, ventilation and flooring.

What is a Mortgage Life Insurance?

What is a mortgage life insurance? In case of your death and your mortgage is not fully paid off having a mortgage protection plan will pay off some or all of your mortgage.

Don’t put your family in a situation where they are unable to make those monthly payments. By having to insure your mortgage you are securing your family at the time of your death.

In most homes the biggest bill is the mortgage, let your family worry about the minor monthly bills where you know they are able to afford and make those monthly payments. Protect your family and give them a piece of mind.

By using the rotisserie and adding a hickory or mesquite flavor to your smoker, you’ll have a smoky-flavored juicy meat to eat and enjoy.

Secure Your Home

I live in a very quite neighborhood and mostly everyone keeps to themselves. After settling into our new home we weren’t worrying about someone breaking into our house.

On a Sunday, while my neighbor was at her church she was robbed. She alerted me about her theft being that I was fairly new in the neighborhood for me to be aware and asked if I seen anyone taking stuff out of house.

I would of never thought of purchasing a Home Security System, but my husband didn’t wait a second later to think about it. His response was call ADT, immediately. Having a security system is the best investment for your house and yourselves. Just be warned theft can happen anywhere.

Lockers are not only for Schools or Gyms

woodlocker

School lockers and gym lockers are not only for schools or gyms you can add lockers to your home. You can add the lockers in your kids bedrooms, attic, and/or in your basement. I would call any locker in a home a storage locker with a lock. :)

There are many styles, colors and features to choose from here are various lockers for sale from standard, vented, stadium and specialty lockers. Oh, don’t forget the locker and bench accessories, too.

I would prefer the wood locker in the basement if you have a family room and depending on the decor you may have in mind it may blend in very nice. Especially, this cherry double tier wood grain design it is sold in sets of threes it’s 6ft high and 18in deep.

What type of locker would you add to your home?

Have you consider using rain barrels?

Hey, homeowners lets consider conserving our waters by buying one or a few rain barrels. In the summer time you have to use your own water for your grass and/or gardens. By using a rain water barrel you are saving money everytime you use your water you’re spending x amount of dollars per gallon. In my opinion rain harvesting is the cheapest way to go.

rainbarrel

There are many rain barrels for sale such as the Madison Rain Catcher in White it’s made of vinyl it weights about 30 lbs and it holds about 40 gallons of water. By the looks of it you wouldn’t think it’s a rain barrel it has a removable planter.

What do you think?

What’s Your Cable or Satellite Company?

Moving is a big transition trying to have everything organize and having everyone in sync for the big move. I remember transferring all the bills to the new address the phone, electric, gas, and the cable. It does take a lot out of you.

Well, when it came to the cable it was just my luck that the cable company did not service to the new address. I had to find out who was the local cable company and what they had to offer. Unfortunately, the local company was too expensive. I kept researching for any cable company that would service my area and came up with Direct TV.

Directv had a better deal and with more channels especially High Definition (HD) channels. I’ve been with Direct TV for over two years and their customer service support center are great. Every time I receive their monthly bill there’s never a discrepancy.

Planters

Spring is almost over in my part of the world and in early Spring I started replanting and rearranging the garden. By rearranging the garden it lead me to no more room for replanting I may need a few planters to re-pot some of my bulbs.

There are a variety of indoor planters, outdoor planters, garden planters, window box planters, high end planters, and decorative planters. Beautifully designed with many textures and various colors.

Here is a decorative planter, The Antique Limestone Mio Planter Monogram it weights about 12 pounds and it’s made of hand-cast aluminum. How personal can you get with your own initials?

This window planter is about 36″ and made of polyethylene vinyl. See, how the black window planter brings out white fence?
